My son's fiancee is having problems with his snoring. I have
recommended earplugs, nasal dilators and strips and irrigation before
sleep. He has already had two turbinate surgeries in childhood so I
hope he doesn't need somnoplasty. He's not too keen on visiting a dr
anyway!...I would like to help so am asking are there any ideas out
there for the best products/methods for dealing with this problem?
thanks, judyj

Specialized dental appliances have proven effective in treating snoring.
Find a top-notch dentist or dental surgeon and he can fit one for your
son.
