I posted once before, so briefly - I had facial pain, saw an ENT, CT
scan showed chronic sinusutis, I was put on Augmentin XR and Nasocort
about two weeks ago. I'll be seeing the ENT again in one week. Most
of the pain is now gone (yay).
So.. for the past few days I'm getting post nasal drip and having to
blow my nose in the morning. This is new to me because prior to this
I never has any sinus or allergy symptoms at all. I called the ENT a
couple days ago and was told to hang in there, because most likely the
inflamation that had been swelling my sinuses was going down and now
everything's coming out. I constantly feel like I have a plug of
mucus up at the top of my throat and can't cough it out. The PND
tastes and smells really icky.
Is this the way it works - getting better?
Thanks!

This is how my symptoms started 7 years ago. I'm still left with the
post nasal drip 24-7.
Still looking for a cure.
