The "bible" of alternative treatment for sinusitis is the book "Sinus
Survival," by Dr. Robert Ivker (make sure you get the newest edition).
He has a whole "Sinus Survival Program" that is too long to describe
here. He claims some good results that he has actually reported on, at
various otolaryngology symposia:

I read both editions in the 1990's. I followed much of his advice and
even talked to Dr. Ivker on the phone. I didn't have much luck using
his methods but some of his recommendations make good palliatives. At
one point my sinuses were so bad I moved to Arizona. I don't have
chronic sinusitis anymore or the environmental sensitivities I had
back then. The reason I posted my question about alternative
treatments was to find out what is new.
