Had a bit of pressure on my left cheek just under my eye, it is not painful
at all, but feels like it is swollen even though there is no redness or
signs it is. Does this sound normal? I've got the usual year long post nasal
drip along with green stuff!

It sounds normal for biofilm sinusitis if blocking drainage from your
maxillary sinus.

You most likely have goo near or on your adenoids that you can clean
out by creative gargling.
