Humidifiers for healthy people

is there an advantage to sleeping with a humidifier even if you have
no overt health problems? I've read the positive effects it has on the
respiratory system and I'm curious if it's something one might want to
do to preserve the health of their lungs...

It would see like taking Meds for medical problems that you do not have.
