Does anyone have any advice for protecting your sinuses when you mow
the lawn?  There's a fellow who lives near me who wears what looks
like some kind of medical mask when he mows his lawn, but I don't know
if he has sinus issues.  Anyway, I'm just thinking about all the
debris that is stirred up by the lawnmower, and I'm feeling a bit
defensive of my sinuses.  Thanks for any pointers.

Avoidance:

Go over to the nearest high school and put up a sign on one of the
street light poles there that reads "Help Wanted To Mow Lawn: $10 Per
Week; Please Phone <phone number>"

I'm sure there are a lot of high-school kids in the area who would like
to earn an easy $100 for the summer.

I see the hired grass cutters in our area wearing masks on their face.

I don't know what that abbreviation means: "ROFL!"

Rolling on the Floor Laughing.

Teenagers haven't mowed lawns for $10 bucks in decades where I live.

Where I live the teenagers don't need jobs for money.  The parents
give them EVERYTHING. So sad!

I know a lot of rich, pampered kids who don't need the money but work
every summer anyway.

You can try the breathe.pure air filters that you put in your nose
www.BreathePureNAF.com
They filter dust and pollens and  persons I have tried them for say they
work well.

Murray, please tell us whether or not you have any personal or financial
stake in this product as you do in the others you recommend here?

Thanks,

That's a really interesting concept.  I've tried the flimsy white masks
in the past, but wasn't impressed with their performance.  These in-nose
filters look like a good idea, but they don't look particularly comfortable.

I didn't think they would be either but my patients like them. They were
really a life saver when my son and I had to clean out the dead rats in my
basement.
