I think I am doing everything right.  I bought the kit from Walgreens.
The Neil Med kit. I use distilled warm water. Tilt my head over the
sink, squeeze a half bottle in one side and a half in the other. It
comes out of my mouth and then I feel deathly sick for the rest of the
day.  This has happened 3 out of 7 times.  The last time it was on the
fourth day of starting nasal irrigation, after that I quit for a
while. One time long ago, which steered me away from this to begin
with. And then again, the first time I had done it in a while,
yesterday I did it once I felt so sick. That weak, wet noodle, sick
feeling where everything feels like sh.t. No energy, just want to go
to bed. Sinus pressure, etc.

I went for a year with my teeth hurting, and the dentist told me it
wasn't at tooth but to check my sinus.  I thought He was wrong because
I had never felt this kind of pain on a tooth and had it not be the
tooth.  I was on anti-biotic for 6 months and it started to feel
better. But the tooth pain is still kind of there.

I read somewhere that Nasal Irrigation can sometimes stir up an
infection and am wondering if that is what is going on.   If that is
the case what should I do?  Should I continue with the Irrigations and
feeling sick in the hopes that I will eventually clean it out?  Or
back off and wait until I am stronger.  Or something else like more
antibiotics?

I feel like sh.t allot and I think it has to do with these Sinus
problems.  I had to live for a year in a extremely dark and dusty room
with no ventilation and I think that was the beginning of my serious
sinus problems.

Any one with experience on this and can offer some insight on how to
handle this?  I can't miss much more work and will be broke soon if I
don't get this under control.

Thanks very much

You don't mention getting any medical help or opinion--it would seem
to be time.
If you irrigate with a squeeze bottle and it hits your throat, it can
make you feel nauseated. Try another type of irrigation. Personally, I
use a neti pot (they're at Whole Foods) or a sinucleanse Neti pot,
they're at a lot of drug stores.
Also, check out the sinus FAQ post, I think it will have some
answers for you.

Uriah:

I have had the same experience.
Some of the crew of bacteria resent being disturbed, but if you don't
get them out of there, some actinomycetes can eat a hole in your upper
jaw down into your upper teeth. The oral surgeon called it something
that sounded like a "sinus track". (something that he saw clearly that
somehow never showed up on CTs, but the hole was there, from sinus to
killing a tooth with no cavity.  He put a bone graft in it., so that
one day when it is strong enough, it will retain a titanium screw
which will anchor a new tooth.)

Try getting some chewable Vitman C, MSM and Tagamet or Zantac and let
it melt in the back of your throat like a throat lozenge, then sniff,
sniff sniff. Spit spit spit. You  probably CAN NOT clear out the front
without first clearing out the goo in the back of your throat. When
you clear out the back of your throat, it will be much easier to
breath, get some sleep, which will help you build up antibodies and
build up your strength.
I don't know how to get rid of it for good, but a month of Bixian and
Sporanox along with EDTA and MSM worked wonders for me.
Chronic low dose azithromycian is also reported effective in signaling
the bacteria to reduce goo production over the long term.
Another poster here mentioned Sodium Byutrate, which I think is
definately worth checking out.

Hope this helps.
Elizabeth.
