Hello can anyone tell me if it is possible that your vision is affected to a
small degree with chronic sinusitis. I have poor drainage and some disease
in the frontals and ethmoids .
My vision some days seems not as sharp . Could something be affecting the
optic nerve.

Unfortunately, yes.
You could have a mucocele in a sinus cavity that is growing and starting
to invade the orbit of an eye.  You need to see a physician ASAP because
that can be quite serious.

You can google for "sinus mucocele," both the Web and the archives of
this newsgroup, for more information.
