"More than 120 million Indians suffer from at least one episode of acute
sinusitis each year. The prevalence of sinusitis has soared in the last
decade due to increased pollution, urban sprawl, and increased
resistance to antibiotics."

Or maybe we ended up outsourcing our sinusitis to India along with all

air now has a job as a service representative sitting in a cubicle in
front of a computer, inhaling all that dust and fumes.
