Well have another infection that won't go away, left sinus hurts to
even touch, sore throat, dizzy, congested, etc. I see my ENT again on
Tuesday..I just hope they can help.

It is easiter to establish airflow and a drainage path by sniffing
rather than blowing
Try using a Tagamet and Vitiman C as a lozenge and letting it melt in
the back of your throat for a while, then sniff and spit, sniff, spit,
snif spit repeat. repeat. repeat.
