New drug gets "fast track" from FDA for Chronic Sinuisits

I found a reference to this in a prescribing newsletter: there is a
link in the article to the NIH clinical trials: from what I can tell,
it appears to be an aminogycoside--as allergy to the class of drugs
will eliminate you from the study.

Personally, I was expecting a low dose macrolide.
Anymore info would be appreciated: this is a privately held company.

IIRC, this is SinuNeb by another name.
IOW, a nebulized formulation of some antibiotic.

Thanks, I kind of got that idea from their website--which is short on
details. How is this a "new drug": just another delivery system?
