finding this group has been very helpful.  am wondering if anyone has
similar experience with sinus inflammation/fatigue/weakness symptoms
varying widely through the day?  i'm currently battling an acute case
of sinusitis that i knew was heading into infection 3 weeks ago but
could not prevent (even while employing every imaginable treatment
technique acquired over many years).

i start to feel better & an hour later i'm down again .  or slightly
better  one day & horribly sick the next.  i have multiple allergies &
am hypersensitive to weather changes & i suspect hormonal fluctuations
(perimenopausal currently). no evidence of structural issues.  on
antibiotics now for about 14 days, which cleared the bronchial part,
but am despairing of ever feeling good again.  any ideas/suggestions
are welcomed; appreciate the biofilm links.

This stuff is a terriblly debilitating.

I think St John's Wort helps to regrow cilia faster,
Pepcid with Vitiman C as throat lozanges also helps.
and I also find Zagarese licorice helpful, but it a bit intense for
some people.
And remember to sniff as much goo as possible out the back.

I am in the same boat as you. One day I feel okay and then the next
horrible. Yesterday I felt pretty good and then last night it felt
like my sinuses were going to explode. I am on Levaquin (after just
finishing 10 days of Biaxin), Nasonex and had a cortisone shot 3 days
ago but feel like nothing's touching it. The only thing that is giving
me relief is irrigating with salt water. I don't even know that I'm
doing it right but it feels like it's cleaning a lot of junk out of
there and takes away the pain for many hours.  good luck.
