There seems to be conflicting advice about what to eat or not eat for
chronic sinusitis.

When I eliminate mucus producing foods , it lessens mucus flow , but makes
what does flow much thicker.  When I eat things like dairy and sugar Etc. it
increases flow and the flow is much thinner.
For an imbedded 2.5 year infection , which seldom becomes too serious , but
stays at one level and won't go away.  The question is which approach would
be better , as far as mucus flow is concerned?
When machine irrigating and trying to clear my nose , it seems to cause more
irritation and swelling.  When I ignore the nose and don't do anything ,
It's a bit less serious , but still stays at one constant level.  Clear ,
orange , and thick in the morning while later in the day becomes
gray-green-white and thicker.  This pattern never changes.  With two
opposing approaches which would be better for a stubborn biofilm colony of
(probably) fungus.  To try to over stimulate flow in every way or totally
dry up things?
Searching the web only leaves me guessing.

Hello,

"Mucus producing foods": I guess that means milk? Maybe
youare dehydrated?

If eating effects your mucus, now may be the time to see if
youhave a chemical allergy. Actually, when youhave
"chemical allergy", eating lessens sinusitis irritation, so
this most likely doesnot apply to you.

Another thing to do is go to the health food store to get
drops, such as "allergy" drops, "thymus" drops (my
favorite), and a good one for me right now; along with the
"thymus" is the "dust/mold/fungus" bottle of drops.

Are you sure youare taking your Candida supplements
faithfully?!!!! Dairy products ("mucus-causing foods") will
make them kick up their little heels.

Take one antibiotic capsule, you may have lying around the
house, and see if it gives you noticeable relief - it could be
your teeth. Everytime i eat out i get Trench Mouth, which,
of course, winds up in my shnozzloe (restaurants are the
filthiest places on Earth), and my teeth pick up the filthy
bacteria. Department of Health is supposed to oversee
restaurants, but now with rampant corruption, and child
kidnaping, in Govt, they get away with murder.

So , do you have an answer to the original question.  To stimulate flow or
to dry up flow of mucus.
No known remarkable allergy.   I'll check out thymus drops , that's one I
never tried.
Negative for candida.  Take golden seal root occasionally.
