throat problem

I live in Pinellas county Florida and right now the pollen from oak trees is
very very bad. I have the hydro med sinus machine and it seems to work
great for my sinuses, but I continue to cough and get a sore throat. Does
anyone out there have any advice for me ???

If you're sure it's the oak pollen , you're half way there. Be sure to
irrigate your throat also with the machine. An allergist might be able to
help.
I assume that you have an air filter , and keep the house-bedding etc.
vacuumed.

I'm mostly a lurker here, having chronic sinusitis which is driveing me
nutz - I am now taking allergy shots -hopeing this will help . Any
comments on this ?? will it help? GUY, My fav over the
counter med for a sore throat is Chloraceptic -works very well for me .
