This isn't quite as serious as the 'real' issues associated with
sinusitis, but I'd thought I ask anyway.  I was on rhinocort acqua for
a few months over a year ago and was on it for less than six months.  I
do not have quantifiable data to back this up but I think I got the
"moon face" side effect from being on the meds.  I've got quite a wide
face with a strong jawline, but looking at a picture from that period,
I'm struck by how exaggerated those features have been since being on
rhinocort.  I also remember by mom making a comment about how all the
medication I was on was really affecting my face (she didn't know what
meds though).

It's been about 9 months since I stopped rhioncort and since then I've
been on a week of prednisone.  If there were side effects, would they
still be lingering after such a long period?

Yes.  It can be more than a year for adrenal recovery, and you have been
on enough steroid for long enough to have caused adrenal suppression.
