I don't know how else to describe it, but it's driving me mad. I do the
usual snoring at night sometimes, but this is different, it doesn't come
from the back of the throat, but rather somewhere in the sinus area. It
always wakes me up with a fright and I have trouble falling back to sleep.
Anyone know what it could be and how to stop it?
Please help
Jen

Sounds like your nose is blocking up, that's what is waking you up.
Might help to tape the tip of your nose up.

Doesn't seem to be blocked, I'm breathing through it alright.
