Is it effective or just a new hi-tec scam?

There haven't been sufficient clinical trials to prove that it works in
most cases.

I'm sure that it wouldn't have helped my sinusitis.  I had blockages in
my ethmoid sinuses that wouldn't have been treated by sinuplasty--the
bony partitions had to be removed and a nasty mucocele had to be popped.
And I still needed a septoplasty in any case.

Finally, I definitely do *NOT* like the fact that you have to be
fluoroscoped during the procedure.  It's bad enough I've had my head
irradiated by multiple CT scans.
