I was on biaxin XL for 5 weeks, through Monday. Today, the sinus infection is back. Again, my main feature is sore throat, fatigue, chills, etc. Feeling like CRAP again. Not sure what's next. I'll have to call doctor on Monday. I suspect Ct Scan. I really don't want more antibiotics. BTW, could this be tonsilitis?? Docs have said that, too Mel Last December I had a sinus infection and ended up taking 3 different Meds for it . The last Med was Cipro. The most effective antibiotic, was Cipro. Unfortunately, it makes me break out in a rash, so I am taking Claritin twice each day. It keeps me from breaking out. Becca
