I am at a loss...my head hurts so bad I can barely hold it up..and yet
I am so much in debt with my sinuses, that I cannot afford any
antibotics.

I do'nt know what to do anymore.

Have you tried nasal irrigations? For antibiotics, I'm not sure what
to say. Is there a free clinic that you can visit? Perhaps there,
they can offer some viable options for you.

Ask your doctor for free samples that he has in his office.

I did not have drug coverage from my insurance plan as I could not
afford it and I told my MD and he gave free Meds.

Give him a call or speak to his nurse about this.
