Anyone else get this?

Today my ears are popping, my eyelids drooping and my eyes hot and a
little watery, with pain in my front left sinus and my nose all swollen
up inside....

Yet I have no allergies, but the symptoms are almost exactly the same.

Is there a good solution when this happens? Leave the house for a long
walk? Inhale some steam for a half hour to clear my chest?

Take all the steps you can to remove mold, mildew and dust from your
environment and see if it improves.

It's so difficult..I have wooden floors, I first got serious problems
shortly after the carpets being ripped up to put in the wooden floors
tho.

I still have carpet in my bedroom...I want to change bedroom to a room
without mold, it's a newish house so shouldn't be too bad, but Ireland
is a damp climate I guess....

What else works? Humidifier if I'm in a room where I'm sure it isn't
helping mold to grow?

Thanks again...so many questions lately I hope it's not repetetive...I
do search the archive.

You may like to consider trying homeopathic remedies. They are quite
effective and safe. Take a look at the following web link and find a
remedy that matches your profile.

This could help you. Do email me back, if you need any help
