I have read conflicting views on whether irrigation of the sinuses actually reaches the sphenoids. Does the Grosssan Irrigator do this? Thanks Irrigation does not flush out the sinuses.It clears stagnant mucous from the nasal passages and from around the important sinus drain openings,improving ventilation and drainage of the sinuses
