Could also be an allergy to whatever soaps or chemicals are used in the bathroom. Perhaps you are allergic to the soap you are using? Or perhaps you are allergic to whatever other chemicals you use in your bathroom, like cleaners and disinfectants? I would suggest it is the warm water (and air) causing a swelling of the sinus tissue. ...Seems kind of fast for an allergic reaction, unless of course you experience like reactions just by entering the bathroom or washing your hands. ...If I have trouble breathing through my nose (as in after a hot shower), I usually opt for a "cold" irrigation. ...Jon |
