What was the extent of your surgery did you have infection before the
procedure. Was there any cutting involved?

every sinus on the right was infectred--fould purulent discharge--no fever
or pain

1st follow up today--things are as to be expected--some granulation tissue
forming around opening( not a good thing) restarted on nasonex to prevent
inflammation and interfere with granulation--things are as to be expected
however

told to use saline spray frequently 4-6 times a day
bext apt 3 weeks
very happy so far

surgery involved all teh rt sided sinuses
