Does anyone else have these symptoms?  Please respond (with advice) if
you do:

1) Can sleep 10 hours, and still wake up tired.
2) Ultra sensitive to cold weather.
3) Facial pain and sore throats at least 2 days out of a week
4) Feverish/weak all the time.
*5) Suddenly get these "sleep attacks" accompanied by facial pain
(sides near the ears) and some dizziness.  Must sleep at least 30min.
to get rid of the symptoms, or symptoms worsen until finally getting
sleep.

The only time I sleep long or late is when I have a sinus infection.

> 2) Ultra sensitive to cold weather.

Yes, can be thyroid related, though.

I used to have this, years ago, when I was first disabled by what was
diagnosed as CFS and later as late tick borne diseases, including Lyme.

> 4) Feverish/weak all the time.

I had a fever for two years, during which I was mostly bed or housebound.

Sudden sleepiness attacks for me were associated with hyperinsulinemia
and went away with dietary changes.  I had severe vertigo in years
before due to Lyme.

Have you had a complete medical evaulation, including infectious diseases?

There are lots of possiblitles here: consider some migraine related
pain/vertigo, underlying sinus disease, a tick borne disease. Non
restorative sleep is associated with migraine, fibromyalgia. It sounds
like a thorough medical evaluation is needed, and you may need to
consult with infectious disease/ENT/rheumatology.
 Good luck.

And endocrine stuff.  Always screws with my sleep.
