I just can't seem to get well!  Saw my ENT last week and on the CT
there is one ethmoid cell that is still full of disease.  I was told
the cell was too close to the eye to operate....however, I feel like
this cell is still giving me problems!  Im better but far from good.

Should I get another opinion...do I need another operation?

Yes, get another opinion, and choose a very skilled surgeon.  There are
surgeons who can do it.

I had infected sinuses that were right near my optic nerve and only a
couple of millimeters away from my brain, but I found a surgeon who did
it right.
