I'm sorry but I'm just confused (this not feeling well is taxing me in all
respects).

How much Breathe Ease am I supposed to mix with the warm water in the 500 ml
container?

isotonic slumtion.

The Breathe Ease comes with a measuring spoon. Add one teaspoon to 500 cc of
warm water. That makes the solution isotonic. Isotonic means that it is
"equal" to the salt in the body. Most of the studies have shown that this is
best for treatment and this is the strength that my patients prefer. You can
try additional Breathe Ease for hypertonic, but do not use less Breathe
ease. Irrigation without any added saline can be injurious to the nose and
is uncomfortable.
