I had a polyp that flapped when I blew my nose. See an ENT,
he will be able to tell you more precisely what is happening.

Hello,
This may be dried matter hanging on as a loose scab. Spray with salt
water.

I had surgery about 10 months ago. I recently had a MRI scan recently
and the specialist said it was a swelling in the air passage and he
wanted me to go to him so he could look at it and check it is benign.
I first went to see the same clinic about 4 years ago and the surgery I
had made it worse, they did not touch the actual area (near my left
eye) where the problem is, but instead they corterised the inside of
nose and made it almost constantly painful, they did also straighten
the septum, but it was deviated for years and I never had a problem. I
think that there are some polys or such like and they just did not want
to operate on them for whatever reason. I get pains in my temples and
side of my head most to the left (I got tinitus too) but I'm told this
pain is not common to sinusitis.
