I'm also wondering about the steam sprays, will they help for PND? Has
anybody had success. If I just do it with a cup of steaming water, how long
should I do it for? How often?
I really appreciate the help you've given me. Thanks

A few nights ago, I had excessive PND plus I had a pretty bad itch and
tickle in my bronchial tubes. I turned on my humidifer and had it next
to my sofa while I was watching Television. The symptoms decreased. I
hardly had any tickle and the PND was at a minimum. Of course,
everyone is different. All I can say is try go increase the humidity
and maybe you will get some relief.

I don't find that steam decongests my sinuses. But it does help clear
the gunk that has already dripped into my windpipe. I usually take a 3
quart saucepan full of water, put it on the stove to boil the water,
then remove the saucepan and stir gently, inhaling the rising steam thru
my mouth as long as it lasts. I do this as many times as necessary.
(Usually 3 or 4 times is enough)
