I had a bike accident and sustained a concussion.  Right now, I have a
horrible headache along with the sinus pain.  Is it okay to go ahead
and irrigate or should I be careful with the concussion?

I would ask your doctor for an answer, as concussions cause terrific
headaches.

It may not be a sinus problem at all.

i would not irrigate my nasal cavity unless i was absolutely surde no skull
fracture was present--could have a leak of cerebral spinal fluid and you
dont want to get anything into cerbral spinal fluid!!
