Hello all!
Over the past few weeks have been getting:
1. Lots of pressure in the front of head, and between eyes, worse when
i look down
2. feeling quite light-headed and sometimes a bit dizzy.
3. occasional really sudden dizziness for a few seconds
4. feeling tired & brain fog
ive been irrigating like mad to no avail, doc doesnt seem to think thre
is anything wrong he says its a sinus flare up or potentially
labrynthitis, but i have become worried its a brain tumor or something
(as silly as it sounds) - any thoughts?

also, when i move my eyes to the 'full extent' of their motion, ie: all
the way to the right, left, all the way up or down, it triggers the
same discomfort and dizzy feeling......

Back in the 80's, I had a strange phenomema. I would have pressure
from behind my eyes and from the duct between my eyes and my nose which
was inflammed. I developed this bugged-eye look - almost like my eyes
were going to pop out of my head. I can just immagine what type of
non-verbal signals that this gave to anyone that I was talking to.
This finally went away when I found that I had massive infections and
inflammations of these areas. With use of cortisones, and by staying
away from some of the most serious allergens, and with irrigations, I
was able to nurse this part of my body to some health. When the
inflammation was removed, then I quit having this type of look/stare.

as a bear minumum you will need a cat scan to rule out fluid etc in your
sinus--fluid or infections in some of the sinuses come very close to a
number of very seriou nerves especially the eye and alos ver very close to
the brain
dont fool with this
hve a ent surgeon evaluate you
