I am a longtime sinusitus sufferer (5 surgeries) but in the past year
have been plagued with a tough cough and PND and with muscle spasm in
my neck and back.  does anyone else suffer these complications?  I use
pulsatile irrigation and prednisone and antibiotics when infections
overwhelm but don't feel well very often.

Yes, frequently.  With me, the discolored PND just never stops.  Some
days it's better, other days it's worse, but never stops.

Best thing for PND-caused cough is inhaling steam through your mouth.  I
just fill a 3 quart saucepan with water, boil the water and then inhale
the steam thru my mouth.  The steam lasts for about 5-6 minutes, after
which I boil some more.  Do that for 4 or 5 times and it will help break
up the phlegm in your windpipe and relieve the cough.

I also find that wintertime in Massachusetts, with the cold air and
indoor dry heated air, is bad for me.  I'm seriously considering moving
to a milder climate if I can find work there.
