Decongation of nostrils

I use "Otrivin" nasal drops to decognate my nostrils.Is the use of
nasal drop,become habitual.If so guide for alternate remedy

It sure can.  I got hooked that way.  So did some of my friends.

You can try over-the-counter oral decongestants like Sudafed.  Or see a
physician, who can prescribe corticosteroid nasal sprays for you.
