i just purchased 6 ounces of xylitol from the local Vitamin Shoppe and plan
to use it via the neti pot.

- i have read that it is best without salt.  doesnt this burn?

- does anyone have the measurement for a metrically chalanged westerner?
like in tsp / cups?

thanks

I used it in water last night, it didn't burn, but it wasn't quite as
buffered as saline with baking soda.

See the thread on "Biofilm" for the actually recipe, then use a
converter online, I don't know how.  :-)
