It's a miracle!  It appears I have gotten myself off of nasal
sprays(over the counter)  I have found nasacort and it actually seems to
work!  Flonase had no effect what so ever.  The bad news is, he gave me
a steroid to take by mouth that I had side effects to....I can hear my
pulse in my ears and head now.  It does appear to be getting slightly
better now though...But I can breath..

It may be the oral steroid that has the most immediate dramatic effect.

But it will help you transition to the other.....

If oral steroids had little or no side effects I would consider them
a cure for chronic sinusitis.  They work miracles for me too but I
avoid them.

Most likely your improved breathing is due in no small part to the oral
steroids.  Unfortunately, I can't be on oral steroids for any length of
time because they cause me to freak out.
