I had surgery on maxillary  sinus, they removed  a cyst but it didn't
change anything.
What could it be given these symptoms:
- dull headache located in the zone of the sphenoid and around eyes
- fluctuating sight problems (loss of focus)
- no evident occlusions in ct scan.
- headache gets stronger and different when in horizontal position or simply
bending my head
- anxiety in the morning completely unrelated to worries or problems
- post nasal drip (mainly clear mucus)
- bright red blood and yellow mucus after hydropulsings(rarely)
Thanx if you are able to help me.

I have never had any sinus surgery, but I do get those sinus headaches
that I can hardly function as my head (sinus's) hurts to stand or lay
down. It can last up to a week.
The only thing that helps me is Aleve. I have to take two 2 x a day.

My doctor told me to use saline rinses for my post nasal drip as I was
getting sinus infections a couple times a year.
I have allergies too.

This one might indicate another systemic problem - have you seen a very good
internist?

Pain from the sinus is rare, headaches from sinus are also rare. Usually its
the neck that gives "sinus pain".

If you sinus condition hasn't cleared with Hdro Pulse irrigation, a
reevaluation is needed
- resistant infection?
Localized blocked sinus infection?
Need to add antibiotics ?
A raw open area in the nose that hasn't healed?
Something else going on?
