Nose filters only protect against allergens breathed in. You might also
react to allergens and pollutants that just touch your skin.
What do you think about the "upside down" irrigation with peroxide, baking
soda and salt, where the mixture seeps deep within the sinuses, in hopes
that it reaches what is irritating the sinuses? Too extreme a treatment?

I had a dream that you could but tiny hepa filter nose inserts. Hey can
we patent that? It has to be better than wearing a mask all day. But I
think the small size would not allow enough air in. Oh well just a idea.
