Lately, several times a day, my nose, around the bridge area throbs. It
is usually just one throb, then happens again a few hours later. I'm
plugged up from allergies. I was just wondering if the throbbing might
be cause by bulit up pressure from my sinuses.

I get that sometimes too and I use warm compresses as warm as you can
stand on the bridge of your nose.
I use a washcloth and keep dipping it in very warm water.
