Interesting article.

Rather surprising, though. Decongestant sprays like Afrin are OTC, while the
position here is that steroid nasal sprays should continue to be
prescription-only. Which does more harm to the nose?

Surprised there is discussion of "dangers of steroids". Clear, regular use
of oral steroids can definitely be harmful. But I understood that long-term
use of these nasal steroids is fairly safe.
