I've gone back and searched old messages, but could not find much on anyone's experience with the Sinus Busters pepper spray. I tried a bottle and used it only when going to bed. It seemed to clear things out pretty good and made it easier to fall asleep. Someone mentioned it is junk. I've used it off and on for 18 months. I think it's a helpful tool but not a cure-all answer. It works well for minor congestion. I used it and swore by it for a while My sense of smell came back and I thought I had turned a corner. Then it seemed the effect wore off. I lost my smell again and the spray did little for me. Maybe my smell would have came back during that time period without the spray. Who knows. But my smell was gone for quite some time (maybe several years) before that and the spray was all I did different. |
