I've just started using a bit of Alkalol with saline solution in my
Grossan irrigator.  Does the use of the Alkalol neccesitate a different
cleaning process for the irrigator?  The Alkalol does include such
ingredients as peppermint oil, etc.  I usually wash out the basin and
nozzle and then run water through it once after usage.  Then do the
standard weekly chlorine cleaning.  Do I need to change this because of
the Alkalol?  Thanks.

No, regular cleaning like you are doing is fine.
