Im getting samples on monday from my DR. He says try each one for a
week. The reason is last year the nurse gave me 4 samples Flonase,
Rhinocort. And the other 2 I forgot 1 beagan with a Z. .. Ok now I have
to start all over with trial and error. But I remember 1 was non
irratating and smooth. But I cant remember which one. When you are sick
you dont care I guess :) But I do know the sample lasted 10 days. The Dr
knows Im on a fixed income. So the nurse will do it again but says I
have to buy the prescription next time to be fair to others who also
have money problems. I said I understand that. But being stupid last
year I forgot the name of the spray that was great. I do remember that
it had no sting and very fine mist. Help me if you can. I do know that
after 10 days my polyps/turbinates were not swelling and I can breath
again. But then after 3 days after I stopped they swell again. Can
polyps/turbinates reall shwink from these sprays? Sorry for the long
writing. Thank you

Rhinocort AQ works very well for reducing my nasal swelling.   I like
it because it has no benzalkonium as a preservative.

Thanks. Thats the one My Dr. gave me a sample of. I had so many samples
that I forgot which one it was. I thought it was alcohol free but now
know it was the preserative free one that worked/ Thank you for that
info. I am not saying that the others are bad. My brother uses flonase
and it works great for him. My friend uses nasocort. I guess they all
work but some might work better for others. Thank you
