I'm not sure if this'll help, but if I have a headache that the usual
OTC stuff won't touch, I'll put a dab of Flexall, ben gay, or peppermint
oil on my forehead and temples. This won't work for a headache below
the eyes though, 'cause the fumes are fierce. But this does ease my
worse headaches (which are probably tension) for 15 or 20 minutes.
Hope this helps.
I use Aleve (2) at a time, sometimes I have to take it for a couple of
days, that works for me.

I am doing the next edition of The Sinus Cure. Any particular subjects you
would like to see in there?

I need more daily copeing skills.
Are there any exercises for the face that will loosen the sinus????
Every other disease seems to have some exercise for other parts of the
body but not our head.

We had a poster here, "Preesi," a while ago, who reported that she had
success with using her vibrator against her face to loosen the mucus in
the sinuses. She didn't mention which model she uses.

Dr. Grossan has suggested humming "Ommmmmm...." to set up a vibration to
loosen the sinuses. But a vibrator is liable to be more powerful and
easier. Just keep it well away from your eyes so the powerful vibration
won't hurt your retinas.

The underlying problem is the allergic inflammation an you will probably have
to deal with thatt to get real results....

I have been on allergy pills, meds since i was young for my allergies.
I've used Claritin, Clarinex, rhinacort, allegra but after awhile my
system seems to get immune to them and MD has to change it to somethin
else.
As I got older now, I have chronic sinusitis. I get a sinus infection
every year now that lasts for 2 months with Meds.
