Every morning after I wak up, I seem to get into a sneeze first then a runny
nose.
Often times macus accumulate into the throat also. It really severes my
social life
I am scared of talking to some interesting people I met when travelling to
work.
Is there any ways to make me less sick in the morning?

Find what you are sleeping with that you are allergic to and get rid of
it.

Yes, Breakfast in bed. Hot tea before getting out of bed.

I just had a doctor tell me to take clariton at bedtime. The result is
that I do not wake up with a runny nose. He said if it starts again
later in the day, to take another Clariton tablet. It seems to work.
The nasal flow is a lot less. Hope this works for you

As long as you realize that it, in cases where you have extensive sinusitis
within your sinuses, it will also tend to dry out your sinuses and may worsen
chronic sinustis within the sinsues themselves.
