Does anyone else on this group have miserable mornings, with symptoms
getting better throughout the day?  For myself, it seems like most days
follow this pattern.  I don't feel that bad from the time I wake up
until I get to work.  But after I sit down at work, I get swollen nasal
passages, PND, and a 'fuzzy' feeling in my head.  Then, around noon, I
always notice the symptoms improve rather dramatically.  At one point,
I was concerned about something from my workplace causing a reaction.
However, I get better throughout the day while I am in the same work
area.  I've had allergy testing and nothing was discovered.  However,
my symptoms/history indicate non-allergic rhinitis.

I'm doing the usual things to get me going in the morning..........hot
tea and lots of water to keep my hydrated.

Well your metabolism picks up as the day goes on.
Youi could check for things like thyroid or insufficient sleep...

I have the same as you in the mornings. I feel like a different person
in the afternoon.

After I get to sleep I sleep so sound but not very long- 6 hours is the
most I seem to need as I get lots of things done and do not get tired.

i get EXACTLY the same - i wake up feeling completely unrefreshed,
yawning away, and then as the day continues, start to perk up and am
usually at my best in the afternoons.... and evenings.... its very
tough, especially with a demanding job - but one must battle through eh?

Tyler,

I had a miserable morning this morning.  I am considering looking into
whether or not I have a sleep apne problem too - I understand that it
isn't uncommong for sleep apnea to produce the same feeling.  I also
have reduced to my exposure to allergens at night.

BTW- It took me forever but I just my site up and running again using
joomla 1.08 integrated with smf 1.1RC2 using Orsio's bridge - what a
wild ride that was.  I manually installed everything, absolutely love
it, and I can honestly thank you now.  I have been cussing up a storm
the last 3 weeks because I dug myself into such a deep hole and was mad
at you - however I am over it :)

Listen to ya......you sound like a true techie now.  I just looked at
your site and it looks really nice.  I know the learning curve can be a
little steep, but after doing the manual installation, I bet you really
expanded your knowledge/skillset.  You should give yourself a big pat
on the back!
