Just bought it, and, used it for the first time--did two treatments with the
BreathEase XL, but, have a question on the angle.  The picture in the book
seems to show that the nostrils are at 90 degrees to the floor.  I noticed
if I was at 90 degreess or tipped my head more up (back) the solution
started coming out of my throat.

Should I have my nostrils at less than 90 degrees (head tipped down or
forward), or what.  Is there a "feeling" I should be getting at the correct
angle?

Thanks!

Bend over so you can see the sink drain . the lower the head, the less chance
of anything coming out the throat.

OK, thanks.  I don't think too much went up into my sinuses, so...I'll keep
trying.
