It's been an hour after I irrigated with the Hydro Pulse, BreathEase XL (two 500 ml treatments). Nothing has come out, and, my nose still seems stuffy. If your nose is still stuffy, possibly not much of the solution got into your sinuses. Keep irrigating. If your experience is like mine, you'll get more post-irrigation drainage as your sinus health improves. I got a little drainage about three hours later, when I bent over, so, you're probably right.
