Yeah I know... They left that part out... the whole thing is kind of
strange. His email address is at the bottom of the page but it isn't
obvious that it's the one you're supposed to use. The whole deal is
that this guy who published it (not Dr. Grossan) tries to get you to
subscribe to his travel agency newsletter. He doesn't badger you
about it but but I can't see much reason to do it this way except
to get your email address.
