Has anybody used this?Is it effective...Augmentin Forte doesn't work for me
anymore!

Klacid seems to be what we in America call Biaxin (clarithromycin).
It's a good second-choice antibiotic when augmentin fails, though I
believe it's not effective against sinus infections caused by staph.

I used to use it for quite a while but eventually it stopped working on
me too.
