My MD gave me Cipro yesterday for this infection for 7 days, 2x a day.

I have to watch my intake of dairy products, caffeine, anti-acids and
certain vitamins. No Claritin either.

My eyes were affected that I could watch TV and read for a very short
time, and that headache when I laid down to sleep and upon awaking in
the morning.
That gook was sitting in my throat area this morning so I had to gargle.

Hope it works.

Most ENTs I've consulted have suggested that 7 days worth is
insufficient, given how stubborn sinus infections are.

Why?

Good luck.  Let us know how it turns out.

Why----- That is what the druggist says on the prescription bottle..
Those little yellow labels that they put on.

I have to take my calcium and anti-acid pills at a different time or my
stomach hurts from the acid.

I had a cup of hot tea after 2 hours of taking Cipro and my stomach felt
like I had so much acid yesterday. Wow>>>>>

You're right, I forgot.
Cipro can't be taken concurrently with zinc, antacids or milk.
My apologies.
