Hello,

I want to make a batch of isotonic saline (for irrigating my sinuses)
with sea salt and water, but I don't remember the correct proportion of
salt to water.

Does anyone know this ratio?

Thanks,

I found this on a google search. I haven't tried the irigations myself
but I heard they give good results and I want to try.

Isotonic Saline is 0.9G salt per 100ml of water, or 9 gram per one litre
of water. If you have nothing to weigh the salt with, 9 gram is about
two teaspoonsful.
